Local use

StudyDaily can be used without an account. Cards, reviews, statistics, imports, exports and rotating backups are stored on your device. Local study works offline.

Account and sync

If you choose Premium sync, you sign in with an email address and a one-time code. StudyDaily processes your email address, a random app-generated device identifier, and the cards, decks, settings, media and review history needed to keep your signed-in devices aligned. Offline changes are queued until a connection returns.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes payment. RevenueCat receives the store purchase identifiers and entitlement status needed to unlock, restore and manage Premium. StudyDaily does not receive your full payment-card details.

Analytics and crashes

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are disabled until the corresponding in-app preference enables telemetry. Events use a closed schema and must not contain card text, deck names, email addresses, search queries or imported documents. StudyDaily removes Android advertising-ID permissions and does not use data for cross-app tracking or behavioural advertising.

Retention and deletion

Synced content is retained while the account is active. You can delete your account from the app; authentication tokens are revoked, the email address is replaced by an irreversible pseudonym, and synced account data is deleted according to the service retention process. Local cards remain on the device until you delete them or the app.

Your choices

You can study locally without signing in, disable telemetry, export your collection, disconnect a device, restore purchases and delete your account from the app. For privacy or support questions, email [email protected].

Categories linked to your account are EmailAddress, OtherUserContent and DeviceID. Categories not linked to your identity are CrashData and ProductInteraction. None is used for tracking.
